Drupal 10, AI, CALI Lessons, eLangdell Books: Keeping it all running
In this session the CALI Tech Team will go on and on about what it takes to keep all of this running.
AI in action for A2J: Chatbots and better legal narratives
CLEO (the Canadian Legal Education - Ontario) presents practical, real-world application of generative AI that improve access to justice starting from CLEO’s Guided Pathways research (which uses CALI's A2J Author). Speakers will demonstrate how GenAI chatbots can how decision-tree outputs can be transformed into clearer, more persuasive legal narratives for court forms, with robust testing, governance, and human-in-the-loop review.
Leveraging Data: Mining CALI Gold
There is a vast amount of data squirreled away in the databases that run and record CALI Lessons. We've begun to look at that data so that we can generate useful information for the legal community. We are using the extracted data along with generative A.I. in order to enhance grade reports in CALI's "Lesson Link", as well as a more general (anonymized) study on the strengths and weaknesses of student performance on CALI lessons.
